Goldin Tee Raffle Official Terms and Conditions

Host: GoldCoast Production LLC, a for profit limited liability company, organizing this raffle as part of the Goldin Tee event. GoldCoast Production LLC is not itself a charitable organization. Net proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Families Forward of Des Moines, a separate nonprofit organization.

Attendance at the Goldin Tee event requires paid golf registration. Entry into this raffle requires a separate raffle ticket purchase.

Ticket purchases are payments for raffle entry, not charitable contributions, and are not tax deductible to the purchaser.

1. Eligibility

This raffle is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of GoldCoast Production LLC and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings) or household members are not eligible to win a prize, though they may purchase tickets to support the cause. Void where prohibited by law.

This raffle is conducted under the laws of the State of Iowa. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to confirm that raffle participation is lawful in their state or jurisdiction of residence before purchasing a ticket. GoldCoast Production LLC is not responsible for verifying the legality of participation for entrants outside Iowa.

2. How to Enter

Raffle tickets may be purchased in the following ways:

  • Online, added on to your Goldin Tee golf registration, until October 5, 2026

  • In person at the Goldin Tee event on October 5, 2026, available for purchase the day of

Each ticket purchased represents one entry. There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual may purchase, unless otherwise stated at the point of sale.

3. Ticket Price

Raffle tickets are priced at $25 for one ticket, or $100 for five tickets. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including cancellation of the event.

4. Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded:

  1. Apple AirPods

  2. Golf rangefinder

  3. Golf speakers

  4. Golf balls

  5. Headset

  6. Backpack

  7. Cooler

  8. Solo Stove

  9. Golf bag

  10. Putter

Prizes are awarded as described, with no cash substitution available except at the sole discretion of GoldCoast Production LLC. Prizes are not transferable. Odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets sold.

5. Drawing and Winner Selection

The raffle drawing will take place at the Goldin Tee event on October 5, 2026 at approximately 4:00 PM. Winners will be selected at random from all valid ticket entries.

Winners must be present at the time of the drawing to claim their prize. If a winning ticket holder is not present when their ticket is drawn, a new winner will be drawn in their place, and the original winning ticket will be void for that prize.

6. Claiming a Prize

Winners will be announced live at the event. Prizes must be claimed on site immediately following the drawing. GoldCoast Production LLC reserves the right to request valid photo identification to confirm eligibility before releasing a prize.

7. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of a prize. Depending on prize value, GoldCoast Production LLC may be required to issue tax reporting documentation to the winner and to relevant tax authorities.

8. Use of Winner Information

By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and photograph by GoldCoast Production LLC and Goldin Tee for promotional purposes related to this event, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

GoldCoast Production LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding any prize offered. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoldCoast Production LLC, Goldin Tee, Families Forward of Des Moines, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this raffle or from acceptance, possession, or use of a prize.

10. Right to Cancel or Modify

GoldCoast Production LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this raffle, or these terms and conditions, at any time and for any reason, including circumstances beyond its control. In the event of cancellation prior to the drawing, ticket purchasers will be notified and refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of GoldCoast Production LLC.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
